Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Email info@flashbind.com anytime. During the first yearly period, cancellation takes effect after the paid first 12 months and prevents monthly continuation; there is no refund for that period. On the monthly plan, including after the first year, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. There is no refund for the current month.
What happens after the first year?
After the first 12 months, your yearly plan automatically continues on the monthly plan at 19,99 € excl. VAT per month (24,19 € incl. VAT) until cancelled. We send a reminder email at least 14 days before the first year ends. The stand is not charged again.
What happens after the plan ends?
Your stand remains yours and keeps working as a plain Google review stand. The branded page, private messaging and subscription inbox end.
How does VAT work for businesses?
Prices are excluding VAT. The smaller totals show 21% VAT. We issue an invoice with the applicable VAT shown. Give us your VAT code if registered; cross-border VAT rules may apply.
When will my stand arrive?
Usually within 1–2 weeks after payment and, for a custom stand, written approval of the design. We confirm the delivery estimate with your order.
How does custom design work?
The yearly plan includes a custom-design stand for a one-time 49 € excl. VAT. Send your logo and preferences; we send a proof for your written approval before production. The monthly plan uses a standard stand.
