Returns and Refunds

This policy explains how to return a product and get your money back. Your rights depend on whether you buy as a consumer (for yourself, outside your trade or business) or as a business customer (for example a café, restaurant or hotel).

- Consumers can return products within 30 days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
- This includes your legal 14-day right of withdrawal, described in full below; days 15 to 30 are our extra promise.
- We refund you within 14 days of hearing from you, including the standard delivery cost.
- You pay the cost of sending the product back, unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
- Business customers can return products that are unused and not activated within 30 days of receiving them. The business pays the return shipping, and the original delivery cost is refunded only if the product is faulty.
- Custom-branded products made with your own logo or design can't be returned unless they are faulty.
- Faulty products are covered by our Warranty, whether you are a consumer or a business.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Cortexa, MB, company code 308009417, Malūnininkų g. 7, LT-92262 Klaipėda, Lithuania, info@flashbind.com, +370 672 91704) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
You can also electronically fill in and submit the withdrawal form on our website: Withdraw from contract. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.
You shall send back the goods to Malūnininkų g. 7, LT-92262 Klaipėda, Lithuania without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exception: custom-branded products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as products printed with your own logo or design. All our standard products can be withdrawn from as described above.

2. Our 30-day returns promise (consumers)
On top of the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, consumers can return products for a refund within 30 days of receiving them. For returns after the first 14 days, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging, and not yet activated in a FlashBind account. Everything else works as described above: tell us by email, send the product back at your own cost within 14 days of telling us, and we refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your message. Custom-branded products are excluded.
This promise is in addition to your legal rights and does not limit them.
3. How to return a product
- Tell us using our online withdrawal form, or email us at info@flashbind.com with your order number (or use the model form above).
- We reply with the return address.
- Send the product back within 14 days of telling us (and within the 30 days), well packed. We recommend a tracked service.
- We refund you within 14 days of your message. We may wait until the product is back with us or you show proof you have sent it.
4. Who pays for return shipping
If you return a product you don't want, you pay the direct cost of returning the product. If the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not what you ordered, we pay the return cost or send you a prepaid label.
5. Business customers
The legal 14-day right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. If you buy for your business, you can still return products within 30 days of receiving them if they are unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and not activated in a FlashBind account.
- Email us with your order number within the 30 days; we confirm the return and the address.
- You pay the cost of sending the products back.
- We refund the price of the returned products within 14 days of receiving them and checking their condition. The original delivery cost is not refunded for these returns.
- Custom-branded products made with your own logo or design can't be returned unless they are faulty.
Faulty products are always covered by our Warranty, whether or not they have been activated. For a faulty product we pay the return cost and also refund the original delivery cost.
